Founded in 1952, as the Master Machine Corporation of San Diego, Vantage MMC is focused on meeting the high precision and quality needs of the aerospace, defense, and commerce marketplaces. Vantage Master Machine is a major component parts and subassembly manufacturer. The quality and precision of our fabricated assemblies has earned us a reputation for handling the most demanding requirements in a timely and cost effective manner. We define our mission as providing the highest quality parts and assemblies with on time delivery while meeting customer pricing expectations. Our employees are dedicated to continuous improvement of our quality and manufacturing systems in support of customer requirements.

Fabrication/Assembly

Our fabrication and assembly activity provides design and fabrication services for the production of high precision cabinets for electronic test equipment and a broad range of large skid mounted process equipment. Quality standards meet or exceed the requirements of military specification's commercial process plant construction.

 
Machining

Machining capability includes a broad range of sizes of numerically controlled mills as well as various large capacity profilers and vertical turret lathes. Parts produced include precision critical flight structures such as control surface gear drives and landing gear struts.

 
Engineering

Our Engineering department uses the latest CAD-CAM technology such as multi-axis machining NCL, GIBBS, VirtualGIBBS, Mastercam, VARIMETRIX and SolidWorks Plus+ software, which includes IGES, CATTIA, and Unigraphics translation capabilities. Vantage Master Machine Company engineers transform your requirements into manufacturing steps that insure steady progress of your part from raw material to finished product. Our system is also capable of retrieving data electronically from our customers; including REDARS, CITIS, FTP sites or any digital media to access data to ensure that we have the latest engineering and revision specifications.
